What this site is

DVLA Forms PDF is an independent resource for finding and downloading official DVLA forms. We are not part of DVLA, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, and we are not part of GOV.UK. We built this site because DVLA's own forms are scattered across many different pages, and finding the right one for a specific task can take longer than it should.

How we source and check forms

Every form on this site links to the same PDF published on GOV.UK, or a mirrored copy where noted. We do not alter form content. Fees, processing times, and form versions change without much notice from DVLA, so we recheck each form regularly and mark the date it was last confirmed current.

Why the notes exist

Alongside each form, we explain what each section is asking for, which documents to attach, and where to post it. These notes come from reading DVLA's own guidance and cross-checking it against GOV.UK, not from guesswork.

If something looks wrong

DVLA updates its forms from time to time, and it is possible a page here falls out of date before we catch it. If you spot a form that has changed, a broken link, or information that does not match GOV.UK, please get in touch and we will correct it.
